Sync from iOS to Mac via Dropbox

Hi,
I'm experiment a problem in sync a login added from my iPhone via extension from IFTT.
No way to get the new item on my Mac. Even if I change the item and I can see the dropbox update on my Mac, this new item is not visible from the 1Password 5 on my mac.

Have yo some suggestion?

    Solved.
    I logged out from my Mac account. Log in again and it works.

    So, it is a refresh problem on the Mac App.
