Super Annoyed with Pro Features

I spent $12 on an app upgrade for features that stated I could "view file attachments" under "Advanced Items". And guess what? I can't attach photos as file attachments. That would be really nice to know in advance if it's not an option on my iPad. Especially since it's the ONLY reason I bought the upgrade. Unless I'm stupid and not able to figure this out........

    @SamJ: Sorry for the confusion! That is correct. As you say, it is possible to view attachments in 1Password for iOS, but files cannot currently be added there; any attachments you add using the desktop version can be sync'd over, however.

    Thanks for making your voice heard. I, too, find myself wishing I could add attachments using the mobile app at times. This is something that will hopefully be added in a future version. I hope you are enjoying 1Password's other features at least!

    You can add attachments from the desktop software and sync them to iOS. Then as you correctly quoted, you can "view file attachments."

    Lots of users have asked for the ability to attach files to the iOS application, and the developers are counting the votes for adding this option. I expect it will happen, but that's just me. I have no inside information about future development. And I don't work for AgileBits.

    I apologize for any confusion about that! I'll certainly let our developers know you'd like to be able to add attachments to 1Password for iOS. (As hawkmoth and brenty have mentioned, it's a very popular request.)

    In the meantime, if you'd like to try adding attachments using 1Password for Mac or Windows, you can download a free trial version from our download site. If you need any help with that or have more questions, just let us know! :)

    I have also just purchased 1password and was hoping to use this instead of 1passe but I can't due to the lack of adding photos... 1password WOULD be better than 1passe if it had this feature, sync with Mac to get pics is daft, I use ipad and iPhone and need to take pics on these.
