No Touch ID or Password input
When I switch to the app the flash screen that prompts for TouchID or allows for Password entry doesn't show. It starts with the lock in the centre which then scrolls up but the flash screen doesn't appear, just the plain grey background where it should be. It's then impossible to enter the app. Stopping and restarting solves the problem but only for one usage. It's basically stop and restart every time - very annoying! It has been working fine for months, just happened today. Any ideas?

Are you holding your finger on the home button while 1Password is in the process of opening? For some users, that behavior seems to increase the frequency of seeing what you describe. I believe the 1Password developers believe this to be an iOS problem, not associated with 1Password, they are still trying to figure out what's happening.
The best advice has been to be sure not to place your finger on the fingerprint sensor until after the Touch ID screen presents itself.
I have seen this happen on my iPhone 6, but I haven't figured out a way to make it happen everytime. It's harder to track down bad behavior when it isn't reproducible.

I don't believe I was. However, I can confirm that it's difficult to reproduce :-). Yesterday it did it every time I tried to open it (10's of times), today everything is fine again.

It's a tough one. I haven't had it happen for several weeks now.

Hi @mnsuk,
For a small number of our users the Touch ID window doesn't appear properly if their finger or thumb is resting on the sensor when they open 1Password. The main problem we're having is it's happening to just a small few and we've so far been unable to reproduce that issue at all on our own devices. Now of those cases that I'm aware of it tends to happen all the time for them rather than being more intermittent.
Certainly do keep an eye on it and keep us updated.
