1Password for iOS freezing on download

Apologies if this has already appeared elsewhere on this message board.

I am trying to download the 1Password for iOS app. In the app store the progress circle shows it is completed (as in the marker travels all the way round the circle) but it never says 'Downloaded'. But on my iPhone home screen the app always shows as two thirds downloaded, but just freezes.

I have no problem downloading any other apps, and have downloaded a number in the last week of a similar size to 1Password.

Any thoughts gratefully received.

    If you haven't yet tried, I'd be inclined to try rebooting the phone and see if that helps.

    Hi @wilkinson_robert,

    If a reboot doesn't help, which there is a strong possibility it will, I would hope you could delete the partial download and start again following the normal procedure for deleting an iOS app. Let us know if that helps or if you need further assistance.
