You said you didn't back it up anywhere, so I think you just gave yourself the answer. Were you syncing to Dropbox or iCloud? If so, then there is another option. Let us know if that's the case, and someone will help with next steps. If not, you're luck to have been able to recover anything.
People, people! Backups matter!

Hi @jsanchez,
I'm sorry to hear about your old Mac! 1Password makes local backups of your data, but if you can't get any files from the old Mac and don't have any backups of that Mac, it sounds like those 1Password backups are gone, too. You said you were able to get an old file from 3 months ago - out of curiosity, what file was it, and where did you get it?
As hawkmoth mentioned, if you had previously used Dropbox or iCloud sync in 1Password, you should be able to re-sync your 1Password data by using the same sync option. Or if you ever synced 1Password with another computer or device, you should be able to get your data from that device.
Now, I was wondering if you could clarify your last question:
how do i transfer m old data to Lastpass?
Do you want to transfer your data from 1Password to LastPass? Or did you mean to ask how to transfer old data from LastPass to 1Password? If you need help transferring data to LastPass, you'll probably need to contact LastPass about that. But if your old data is in LastPass and you want to import that to 1Password, please take a look at this knowledgebase article: Importing your data
I hope that helps, but please let us know if you have more questions! :)
