unable to log into J.P. Morgan Chase bank account

after setting up my password and user name in 1password for my band account with chase bank it just brings up a blank screen. I am a new user of 1password and it works great on all my other accounts. Thanks

@bigbillt someone else recently reported a similar problem which resulted in this post from AgileBits, which may well help you. Note particularly the link to how to save a login manually, which usually resolves issues like this.
