Freeze

Not only does it freeze the iPhone I could not even return to the phonecall I was making. I always need to shutdown the phone and when I return everything works fine. The phonecall was lost of course.

    I assume you're talking about 1P5—which you were trying to use in the course of a phone call. Is that correct? I'm not really clear about the exact sequence of events as you describe them.

    Are you using an iPhone 6+? If so, try disabling zoomed mode and see if that helps.

    sorry for the bad experience you had there and the lost phone call.

    As @Stephen_C already asked: could describe what lead to the freezing of the phone? Could it be that this happened while authenticating with TouchID?
