Accidental double purchase

I made a real boneheaded mistake. I purchased a license from the website, and then accidentally purchased the software again in the Apple App Store on my laptop when I intended to only download the software and then enter my license.

I didn't see any other means of communication in hopes of rectifying my double purchase. Is there a way to solve this?

It rather depends which purchase you wish to reverse. (I understand from what you say that you bought from both the AgileBits store and the Mac App Store.)

If you want to keep the Mac App Store version of 1P I'm quite sure AgileBits will refund you the purchase from the AgileBits store. (I can't do that because I'm merely a volunteer on the forums with no access to AgileBits' records.) However, if you want to keep the the AgileBits store version you'll have to ask Apple for a refund in respect of the Mac App Store version because AgileBits has no access to Apple's records and no control over the Mac App Store.

Please let us know the answer to Stephen_C's question. I don't wish to do anything without confirmation but one way or another one purchase can be refunded.

Just let us know if you want to keep Apple's Mac App Store (MAS) (so refund from us) or you want to keep our Agile Web Store (AWS) (so you'd make a refund request via Apple).

I have the Apple MAS version up and running on my computer, so I think it would be easiest if I could have a refund from AgileBits.
