Is 1Password still available for OSX 10.9.5?

Apologies if this is a very basic question. But I've downloaded the latest release and can't get it to work on my current version of OSX. Thanks.

The current version, 1Password 5, requires OS X Yosemite. 1Password 4 is available for OS X Mavericks.
You can download 1Password 4 in the Legacy section near the bottom of this page: https://agilebits.com/downloads#legacy_versions
