Need Help Starting Over 1Password

Entered some of my information wrong so I'm trying to follow steps for starting over as a new but can't seem to get it to work. I followed the steps in the user guide but still can't do it. HELP PLEASE!....thank you Cathy

    Are you talking about 1P for iOS or 1P for Mac? As you're posting in the 1P for iOS forum I'll assume the former. Is this the knowledge base article to which you've been referring? If so, where does it all go wrong for you? We just need a little more detail in order to be able to help.
