Licence in email

Purchased 1password 5 for Mac in December 2014 (agile site version) and installed successfully on iMac ..

Just purchased a MacBook pro and downloaded software again ... It found the Dropbox sync file and so all my iMac items have appeared on the Pro OK ... But the software still says it on trial ..

I went to the support page and clicked the lost licence link ..

Got an email .. But it was for my windows version which I purchased in 2013 ...

It seems the site doesn't remember I had purchased the Mac version in December 2014 ..

Can someone send me the correct email showing Mac purchase and Mac licence file please ..

Hi @Wag56,

I looked up your license info by searching for the email address associated with your forum account, and it looks like each license was listed separately in our system (and our website was only sending you one of those licenses). I've merged them into the same record in our system and resent all your license info to your email address. The email will have a link to download/add your license file for 1Password 5 for Mac.
