Why can't I contact you? No email? No phone support?
I love the 1 password program. But I HATE the new 1 Password 5. I am a paid customer. Why can't I contact your company? Very user-unfriendly.
I am NOT happy.

While we do have email support the fastest way to get a response at the moment is through the forums. While yes, the forums are public it allows us to answer a wide range of support issues. Anything requiring any sensitive data or turns out to be complex we do take to email.
