Can't restore PRO features

Recently did had to rebuild my iPhone 6+, Apple recommend that rebuild not restore because of issues. I have version 5.2.1, and when I click "Restore Purchase" of Pro features it goes grey and never does anything. I have searched the forums, and I have followed the reinstall and other procedures but it is still not working. Any ideas?

    Are you sure you are logged in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy the Pro features? If you are, they should load automatically. And if they don.t, you should be able to select the option in the Pro features menu to restore in-app purchase. Using a different Apple ID is the most common cause I've seemfor the issue you've described.

    As hawkmoth mentioned using a different Apple ID than the one you originally used to purchase is the most common cause of this issue.
