In app purchase won't recognize iCloud from iOS from 1password app

@new as your post has nothing whatever to do with knowledgebase feedback I've moved it from that forum to the 1P for iOS forum.
Edit: I also deleted your duplicate post in the Lounge. Please don't post in multiple places. It makes support a challenge and also makes it harder for you to know where to look for the answer to your question.

Thank you, don't do blogs, wanted a fast resolution or phone call.

This is not a blog: it is an actively used support forum where you will get support much more quickly than any other way. However, you'll have to be patient (whatever method you want to use) because most of the AgileBits people are in US or Canadian time zones and so are currently sleeping. :)

Hi @new,
All in-app purchases (not just 1Password's) must be made through Apple. As such your Apple ID information must be correct. When you say your iCloud account isn't recognized... Could you please elaborate on that point? Is there an error message you are getting (if so, what, exactly, is it)? Are you using the same Apple ID on both devices?
Please let us know.

I checked the settings and the passwords, reset the my ipad, changed the password, reinstalled 1password, logged in and out of the iCloud and iTunes, an App Store. Waited all night then still the same, wrong username or password.
Tried it over wifi and cellular. Which is better?

The initial pop up when trying to upgrade to pro, asked to enter password, a sentence at the bottom of the pop up says sandboxed. Maybe that is preventing the system from properly accessing App Store. Synced just fine with icloud vaults, not sure why it won't upgrade.

Will not copy pop up. Just ordinary iOS message : username or password incorrect, after prompting to log into App Store. Already login in, turned off restrictions, checked 8 times the password and login status of icloud and App Store. 1password synced with cloud. But would not upgrade. Reinstalled 1password three time.

It says Touch ID requires your password when ipad restarts. I did not restart. The Apple ID you entered could not be foundmor the password was incorrect. The Apple Id in my system is correct but different from the password I use for 1password account.

On restore purchase button it says: sign into the itunesnstore, if you have an Apple ID sign in with it here (Environment:sandbox)
Account not found

@new, this:
On restore purchase button it says: sign into the itunesnstore, if you have an Apple ID sign in with it here (Environment:sandbox)
Is what I was hoping for a screenshot of. If you don't want to post it in the forums you can email it to us at support+forums@agilebits.com along with a link to this discussion. Once you've done so please post your ticket ID here so we can 'connect the dots.'
Thanks!

Exactly, I couldn't figure out how to get the screen shot from the ipad. The post states the feedback from the app interaction. All the rest of my interactions are working well.
