Password to 1Password does not work

I tried to login to my vault last night and the password does not allow me in. Tried going to Dropbox and logging in from another device with no success. Any suggestions? The latest version of 1Password is installed. Thankyou

    Hi @jeffkrebs,

    Could you please let us know which 1Password product and version you are using?

    Also: when you say "no success" -- do you get an error message? If so, what exactly does it say?
