ipad and iphone onepassword app not syncing info over icloud
I use onepassword on my ipad and my iphone. Sometimes I enter new information on my iphone, and sometimes on my ipad. I expect that when I sync either one to icloud, the information that I entered on either the former or the latter app will get synced, and the same information will be available from both apps, but what I find is that the info. I add to my ipad stays saved only on my ipad app, and does not communicate or transfer to the iphone and viceversa... Why is this, and how can I fix it?

Hi Ben,
Thanks so much for your reply. I have icloud syncing enabled in both devices. But the problem seems that the devices are not communicating with one another even after syncing onepassword to icloud on both. It's as if I have two compeltely separate apps that can't sync what I enter into one with the other. I have to manually enter any new information into both, otherwise it gets saved only on the specific device into which I entered it.
Thanks,
Isabel

In the Settings app > iCloud are you signed into the same Apple ID on both devices? Do other apps sync their data via iCloud okay?

Hi Ben,
Thanks again for your attention. It might be a more general syncing problem between ipad and iphone. I notice that my "Notepad" app doesn't sync info well either. I'll try to reach out to apple to find out why.
Thanks,
Isabel

@isabeldan: I'm sorry to hear that! That certain sounds like it may be a broader issue than it seemed to be at first.
If you haven't already done so, turning wifi off and then back on on each device (or restarting them completely) can often help with networking issues. But once you get the more general iCloud sync issue resolved, be sure to let us know if there is anything else we can help with. :)
