I assume you're using 1P5 for iOS under iOS 8: is that correct? Take a look at this knowledge base article and see if it helps installing the extension in Safari. If it doesn't please post back—but when you do just confirm what I've asked.

Yes 1P5 for iOS 8.2 (not jail broken). When I click on more to add 1P it isn't listed as an available activity. I have other things enabled, Drafts, Evernote etc. and have enabled this functionality for other apps before but I am perplexed as to why it isn't listed here.

Hi @F1rebird,
So you're running 1Password 5 for iOS on a non jailbroken iOS 8.2 device.
It will probably sound like a dumb question but have you set up your vault in 1Password for iOS yet? The first time you install you need to do this before the extension will appear in Safari as per the note in our guide
Note: You must set up 1Password before you can use the extension.
It's the only thing I can think of that would explain 1Password not being in the Activities menu. If you haven't launched and set up 1Password then your Activities menu won't look like this.
Apologies if this comes under the bleeding obvious but best to eliminate it as a cause. Also, it gets a lot more puzzling if it isn't that.
Please keep us informed

Yes I have setup 1Password. I use it all the time, it's linked to Dropbox. Still scratching my head on this one. Doesn't make sense.

Agreed. It doesn't make sense. I think our next step here is going to be turning the iOS device off and back on ( https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559 ). If that does not help we'll have to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Since you are syncing with Dropbox all of your latest data should be there, but just in case it wouldn't hurt to make a backup before uninstalling (as uninstalling erases all app data):

Please let us know if uninstalling and reinstalling makes an improvement.
Thanks!

Oh boy. Don't I feel like a goofball now. I just realized I was expecting 1P to show up in the top row of icons on the share sheet (along with Evernote, drafts etc) when all this time it was in the bottom row. Just as the instructions indicate... Thank you to everyone for your patience and suggestions. This one was user error!!
