One Time Passwords not saving
I'm running into issues when using the one time password save, as in the google authenticator type service now built into the 1password for ios.
When saving the secret via a QR code (For Microsoft services) it saves but after you leave the window or sync it goes from your vault. I'm currently syncing via Drop box and have been experiencing this for a while.
Let me know of any suggestions as that would be appreciated as this is seriously irritating me now as I've been locked out of my Microsoft account a few times due to this.
(Ps: typing this on my iPhone in Safari, I have been unable to reply to comments in other areas or post this anywhere other than here via clicking on drafts in the side bar and posting it through that, the pencil icon elsewhere doesn't work for posting anywhere other than through drafts for me.)

What version of 1Password are you using? There was some issues with saving one time passwords in version 5.2, but they have been fixed in 5.2.1.

@Stephen_C I was aware of that issue, but as I said it wouldn't let me post anywhere else. It appears to have been down to me not receiving a 'email confirmation' email to allow me to post of which I did not receive initially. Thank you for moving it, but I didn't appreciate the attitude in the reply though, as I try did try to explain my issue in terms of posting elsewhere.
@hayesk I am using the Pro version of 5.2.1 - continued attempts at saving the Microsoft authenticator algorithm is not working. If I do it on my phone, and then back out of the app it does not save OTP. I am using DropBox for sync. iPhone 6 Plus.

Thanks for letting us know the mobile version of our forums could use a bit of polish! The Knowledgebase Feedback section of the forums is still a little bit new, so we'll need to look into how we can make this better for users in the future. It is a lot easier for us all if you are able to post in the correct forum in the first place - my apologies for the trouble.
It sounds like this has been resolved after you received your confirmation email, but if you notice anything else wonky, please do let us know!

I'm sorry that this isn't working for you. Have you tried adding other One-Time Passwords? Is the Microsoft services code the only one that is giving you trouble?
