Direct password paste

Hello,

When I trigger 1P Mini and highlight an item, is there a way to directly copy+paste the password in the current app, instead of only copying it? :)

    ⌘⇧C will copy the password from the currently selected item in 1P mini. This knowledge base article lists some other keyboard shortcuts. I appreciate that may not be a direct answer to your question but it may help.

    Yes I knew about that shortcut but I was really looking for a copy+paste shortcut…

    Hi @thibaut,

    We don't currently have a shortcut that both copies & pastes, but I can certainly send your request to our developers. I think that would be a handy feature! :)

    @thibaut: Currently, the only way to use a keyboard shortcut to automate 'copy & paste' is with Go & Fill, and this is only possible because of the browser extensions. So those are the only apps that 1Password can interact with directly for the time being.

    Hopefully in the future we can improve this...and I think that Apple creating solid extension frameworks OS-wide may be a step in that direction. Only time will tell! :)
