1Password5 now showing as trial expired and missing from AppStore history after latest upgrade
Purchased 1Password4 in 05/13 via AppStore. Everything's been fine since (thanks). Upgraded to 5 and Yosemite recently.
Took the latest security upgrade and today 1Password shows as out of trial period. It still seems to work, but I'm now wondering when I'm going to lost something.

I forgot to mention that I can see the purchase in my AppStore history, but I can't see 1Password in my AppStore collection of purchases.

If you're seeing the Trial Expired message it sounds like you've downloaded our Agile Web Store (AWS) at some point from our AgileBits Download page. I say that as the Mac App Store (MAS) doesn't have a trial and is authenticated via your Apple ID.
Can I ask, I assume you're viewing your Apple purchases via iTunes, is that correct? Is it possible at all that you're mixing up 1Password for iOS with 1Password for Mac at all? iTunes is the only way I know to view my purchase history and it's a mixture of all purchases for both platforms as well as all forms of media.
The next possibility is you've accidentally hidden your 1Password for Mac (MAS) purchase. To discover if this is the case you will want to check out this Apple KB, Hide and unhide purchases in the Mac App Store.
If this still doesn't help then it might be prudent to confirm that you're logged into the Mac App Store with the correct Apple ID. I believe it's possible where you could be logged into the App Store and iTunes with different Apple IDs.
If any of these result in being able to see 1Password in your Purchases tab of the App Store on your Mac then we've made progress. After this you will want to look at our page on Migrating to the Mac App Store version. At this point I believe everything should be working once again.

Thanks for you response. I'm at a bit of a loss what to do. There's nothing relevant hidden in my AppStore account and whatever I bought in 2013 does not show anywhere in the purchase history. Apple are providing their usual helpful afterservice (i.e. none). The relevant changes are a switch to Yosemite and later as security upgrade. I could send you the purchase details but I'd prefer not to do so over a bulletin board.

When you email us you should get an automated reply with a ticket ID, if you were to post that ID here it will help us match the two up. Hopefully we can help get this resolved :smile:
