Quick access to Save/Don't Save preference and 1Password itself

I would like to propose a couple of additions.

  1. The ability to quickly switch on/off the Automatically ask to save new Logins preference. This is normally off by default, and only needs to be switched on when you know you have a new upcoming login. Diving into the app's Preferences is a bit of a long trip, compared to having it available in the browser's context menu or in the OS X 1Password menu widget.
  2. A link to launch 1Password in the OS X Menu widget. Wasn't such a thing there in the past? Regardless, I'm always reaching for the widget when I want 1Password so it makes sense to have the ability to launch the app from there.

    Hi @riclewis,

If you normally keep the Automatically ask to save new Logins disabled (I do myself) have you considered the process for Saving a Login Manually as an alternative to using the automated approach? You may find that a better path. Let us know what you think.

We still have 1Password mini which resides in the menu bar or can be called up using the keyboard shortcut ⌥⌘\, is this what you mean by widget? I hadn't realised until a user pointed it out but you can open the main window from 1Password mini. You open the menu and click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner. In the new menu that opens you will see an option titled Open 1Password, is this what you were looking for?

Please let us know if any of that helped or if I've misunderstood something.
