Eligible for upgrade price. Also for AppStore version?

Sorry, but you can't get an upgrade price on the Mac App Store. I'm afraid that's just the way the App Store works.

Hi @bram,
Stephen_C is correct I'm afraid. Apple's Mac App Store (MAS) doesn't offer a way to either migrate users of our Agile Web Store (AWS) version or offer a selective discount for any reason. That includes the ability to bundle, offer existing users a discount, any reason why would might want to offer somebody a discount. We can discount the application in general which we do from time to time but they don't warn us prior to it happening. For that you'd be best to follow us on either Twitter or Facebook.
Sorry about that. With our store we have complete control and we can do as we want but for 1Password (MAS) it's Apple's rules.
It really comes down to how much you really want iCloud Sync support. Don't forget that's just one sync method and that both the MAS and AWS version can both sync using Dropbox or for Mac to iOS there is also Wi-Fi Sync.
If you have any follow up questions do please ask.

I just purchased the Mac App Store version unaware that there was a bundled deal that included Windows. I would gladly return my original Mac App Store purchase if possible to get the bundle deal to have with Windows license that I need, but I don't believe that's possible. Is there any other way I can get a discount on the Windows license such that my original Mac OS purchase ($34.99) plus Windows purchase would equal the St. Patrick's Day bundle price?

@triharderken send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address;
- a copy of the receipt for your MAS purchase of 1P;
- a request for a discount on the Mac/Windows bundle;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and speed the response. You will find AgileBits will be very helpful. :)

Hi @triharderken,
Unlike offering a discount on the MAS version (that's under the control of Apple) we can help with your situation given we sell the Windows version from our store. Stephen_C's post is right on the money as they say so if you do as he suggests we'll get you sorted out :smile:
If you post the ticket ID here afterwards it will help us link up the two and if you haven't had a reply we'll get onto it.

Looks like Virginia from our email support team was able to help. Please let us know if you have any other questions. :)

She was amazingly kind and helpful. I've never had a better customer service experience. Thanks to everyone here. I would appreciate a link to a tutorial for how to easily use it on iOS devices since there's no browser button to press or right-click options to fill passwords in Safari.

@triharderken: That's our Day Brightener! Thanks for the kind words. I'll be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team. We have the best customers in the world, so we strive to deserve you guys! :)
And of course, ask and you shall receive: You can use our awesome 1Password extension in Safari and a growing list of other great apps...or you can use 1Browser, which is built right into 1Password to easily access your logins and other information securely while you browse.
If you need anything else, just say the word. We're here for you. :chuffed:
