Ug. Bought the site version, when I really need the app store version!
Hi, Subject line says it all. I'm sure you all hear this a ton, and I do understand that I can just buy the other program, but for another $50?! I just bought it this week. Just getting it set up. Why not somewhere on the download page on the site have a large statement making it clear it won't sync with iCloud? Or am I missing something? I did download dropbox. I don't like it. I don't see the point in having an outside sync option when I could just use iCloud like all the rest of my programs. If you can help, I'd greatly appreciate it! I did get a discount of $10 off when I purchased the site version, I'd gladly pay the difference if you'd let me delete this one and start over with the app store version? Thanks, Miriam

As you bought 1P within the past 30 days you can obtain a refund to enable you to buy the Mac App Store version. Send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address when you purchased 1P;
- the approximate date you bought 1P;
- the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
- a request for a refund to enable you to buy the Mac App Store version;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and speed the response.

And, by the way, on Agile's Store page it does say clearly that the App Store version is required for iCloud sync. I think, though (and have said on other occasions) that they should say this repeatedly in different places, as people often seem to miss it. They don't say it on the download page because the basic download page says nothing about specific platforms and so does not even mention the possibility of iCloud sync.
