Bug in Notes Field

There appears to be a bug in the Notes section of any item, where information contained within gets cutoff from view/access. It only re-emerges after I toggle in-and-out of Edit mode; but, as soon as I switch to a different item the problem resets itself, requiring this nuisance of a process to be repeated all over again.

The same problem occurs with Secure Notes that contain lots of information.
