Sync between MacBook and MacMini

I have a MacBook and a MacMini, I don't use cloud or dropbox to sync my passwords - don't trust them. How do I sync between my MacBook and MacMini using wifi?

I believe your option under your limitations is to use Folder Sync.

File Sharing works if the two Macs are on the same WiFi system.
