Family use on two different Macs

I have been using 1password for years. Love it. Now I'd like to set my spouse up to use it too, accessing the same data.
I have downloaded version 3 (I think, the one for OS 10.6. I'm at the welcome page where I set up a data file. How do I access the existing data file from her Mac? I have dropbox on my Mac. Do I need to set her up with the same Dropbox account? Then what?

You're spot on. If you wish to share the same vault you would set up Dropbox on her Mac and you have two options depending on your needs.

• The easier option. If your spouse doesn't need her own Dropbox then you can log into your Dropbox and point 1Password 3 to the 1Password.agilekeychain - job done :smile:
• The still fairly easy option. If your spouse needs her own Dropbox account you can create a 1Password folder if you aren't using one already and share that folder between your two accounts. You would then log into your spouse's Dropbox account on her Mac and point 1Password 3 to 1Password.agilekeychain.
