trouble downloading 1password from appstore

Hello! Last year I bought the full version of 1Password and downloaded it on my iPhone.
I love the app, and want to install it on my Mac too. This is where the trouble start:

I have synced my devises with iTunes, 1Password pops up in the list of purchases.
iTunes obviously understand that I have bought the app via appstore on my iPhone, so far so well.
What i dont understand is how i can download the app on my computer, without paying again.

When I click the 1Password app in appstore to download it on my computer, i have to accept to pay again (hit the green button to accept the price).
Will I get charged again, or is it just false warning?
If i will get charged, how do I avoid it?

Can you please help me?
