Extension not working
Hi. I'm trying to use the extension in ios. The extension is enabled, I log into 1password, the correct site is shown, I click on it but the password is not filled in. This happens with several of my passwords (I haven't checked all of them). I added a new site and password today and the extension worked for it. What should I do? Thanks.

I just tried it again and an error reads that it failed to receive info from the app (1password). I'm using Safari.

When I tap the info button next to the site name in the extension (while still in Safari), I am able to copy and paste the password. So at least I have a workaround. What can I do to get it to work properly? Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with the Safari extension on iOS. Could you please take a screenshot of the error message you are getting and post it here?

I'm sorry, but I can't seem to recreate it and I can't remember which site it happened on. Today on Amazon & Lowes I used the extension and it didn't fill in the password or give me an error. After I received the error message last time, I thought I was clicking away too soon to receive it on previous attempts. The 1Password extension works on some sites but not Amazon, Lowes and some others. I could go through and check all the sites if that would be helpful.

I use the 1Password Safari extension with Amazon frequently without difficulty so lets see what is different about your setup from mine.
First could you please try creating a new Amazon login item on your iOS device and see if the new login fills okay?

Great! If you edit the item and scroll all the way to the bottom you should see a big red Delete button.
