My problem is that I forgot my ID Touch or Pin and I can not unlock IPassword. However I remember my Master pass but I can not use to unlock ipassword. What can I do.

    If you can get into your phone and open 1Password, then if you enter the PIN for 1Password, it will then demand your masterpassword if your PIN is incorrect. So you should be able to get back in, since you say you know your master password. I'm uncertain if this addresses your issue, so let us know.

    If you can't get into your phone because you have forgotten the PIN for the phone itself, that's a different matter.

    I have written my Pin incorrectly 5 times and not asks me the master password. On the third occasion gives me the password reminder but I can not remember. I wrote my masterpassword but does not accept me. I can CANCEL IPassword?

    Hi @rosaniehe,

    Is the problem that you cannot unlock your phone (that is what your description seems to indicate), or that you cannot unlock 1Password?

    1Password's login is unrelated to your phone's login.
