Purchased 1P for Mac (v.3, now v.5) - read that iOS os free: true?

I've purchased 1Password 3 and upgraded to v.5. I read today (on Appleinsider, I think) that the iOS version is now free. Is this true, I'd like to use 1P on my mobile devices.

    The iOS version is indeed free to download and use as long as you like, in its basic form. There is, however, an in-app purchase required to activate some additional advanced Pro features. You might find you don't need the Pro features, but if you do, the current price is US$9.99.
