Form Fill Issue

I switched from LastPass a few months ago and am very pleased with the switch. One issue I'm experiencing is that 1Password isn't filling out one filed on a form on this site: http://gopro.com/daily-giveaway

There is a field called Twitter Handle and that field never gets filled. LastPass was always able to do so. I have a twitter field filled out in my identity and I even added a field with the label "Twitter Handle" to see if that would work.

    Hi @rickaustin,

If I understand correctly you're using an Identity item and it isn't filling in the twitter field (or address at a guess).

What might work better for you in this instance is a Login item created using our Saving a Login Manually guide. If I filled in all the fields expect the recaptcha I could create a Login item that filled in all five fields. I then edited the Login item so I could change the submit field from Submit when enabled to Never submit. That way it would fill and leave me the chance to fill in the recaptcha field afterwards.

How does that sound as a potential solution? Now I know the way filling works we don't look at custom fields, these are more just for the user so that might explain why you were puzzled that it wouldn't fill. Let us know what you think of the Login alternative

Perfect! I hadn't realized that I could use saving a login to capture all of that data and then reuse going forward. I think my perspective was established by my previous use of LastPass and was only thinking about this from the perspective of identities.

Thanks so much for the quick response and suggestion. This has also opened up a ton of new possibilities for using the product!

I am having a problem with identities filling. Some work some do not. I cannot attach the tif files to your comments section - all you would get are meaningless URLs.

How do I get the tifs to you?

    Hi @Zadesky,

For reasons of size I'd probably recommend using the built-in Preview application to convert them to PNG files. The other thing I would ask is are you quite happy for whatever is visible in these files to be visible in a public forum?

The alternative is, depending on accessibility, if you were to post the URL and say what isn't being filled we can try testing the site directly ourselves.

To add an image to a post here in the forums you use this feature

and it would add something like this to your post

    ![](https://us.v-cdn.net/5020219/uploads/editor/j5/mypf5915qlm4.png "")

Don't worry though, it's interpreted as an image to be added to the post as you can see from the image in mine.

Let us know how you would like to proceed as we can move this to email if what is visible in the images shouldn't be seen by the entire internet.

You are right. I don't want this stuff on a public forum. I was hoping for an email contact.

    Thanks anyway.
