Seems no matter what iPhone i use or what Id I use after installation I cannot get to buy the pro version now that you've St. Patrick's day discount. I even changed the password for my iCloud account and still the app will not take the password.
Any help?

@devibimal: Oh dear! I am sorry for the trouble. Others have reported similar issues from time to time, and these steps can often help:
- Reboot iPhone.
- Back up your 1Password data if you do not already have it on another device!
- Delete 1Password and reboot iPhone then reinstall 1Password.
- Delete 1Password, sign-out of iTunes Store, reboot iPhone, reinstall 1Password, sign in to iTunes Store.
- Try using Wi-Fi only.
- Try using cellular connection only.
Do you have multiple Apple IDs? I know that gets me sometimes, as I have quite a few between myself and my wife for purchases, Game Center, and iCloud data. Are you able to make in-app purchases in other apps? Please let me know your results. We will get this straightened out for you! :)

- No luck
- Just one login that I created to see if it allows me to purchase - backups still done
- Did not help
- Again no dice
- Nope
- Nope
Now each time I get this new error. I do not have multiple id on iPhone i use. And have apple credit on my account to cover this purchase with tax and some left.

@devibimal: I'm sorry to hear that. That is truly strange. Which version of iOS and 1Password do you have installed currently? Are you unable to make in-app purchases at all, in any app?
And for some reason I didn't notice it in the first screenshot, but you appear to have a decibel reading instead of the cell signal strength meter. Is the iPhone Jailbroken?
Finally, since iOS is telling you to check if you're connected to the internet...are you able to access websites and other internet content normally? The first error is familiar, but this one is new to me (at least in regard to purchase issues)! Please let me know.

Hi,
iOS 8.2 - 1Password 5.2.1 just downloaded today on my iPhone. Haven't tried any other app purchase.
Cell signal strength shows as numbers due to ode you can find in the web that puts phone in field test mode and can keep the signal strength as numbers. Not jail broken.
All websites and Internet functions work via wifi and LTE.0 -
Just purchased 0.99 app to make sure the credit that App Store shows is good and purchase went thru successfully. Though I will probably not use the app but still 1Password will not go thru
Edit 1:
I am not sure if anyone is there to help me so I created a case with iTunes with all the details. Their standard response is that I'll get reply in 48 hours.I guess I cannot win this battle to be 1password user. I will continue to keep trying tomorrow yet again.

Folks,
I was being helped by Brenty yesterday on this thread
https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/38046/cannot-upgrade-to-pro#latestI am chatting with Apple care and they do not see any issue with billing and trying to get someone from your team to help me make the purchase. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
Thanks,
BImal

Hi @devibimal,
Can you please try taking the phone out of field test mode and see if that makes any difference?
If it does not, while not in field test mode, please enable In-App Purchase logging in Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Log Settings, then please create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://guides.agilebits.com/kb/1password4/en/topic/diagnostics-report#ios4Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
A short note here with your ticket ID once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
Thanks!
Ben

Took phone out of field test - did not help
Log started and 2 mails sent both coming from different account but mail id is askbimal on both domains. My phone is connected to second Id0 -
Hi @devibimal,
I'm not seeing them in our inbox. You should've received an auto-response with a ticket ID for each email. Could you please post those ticket IDs?
Thanks!

Hi Ben,
I have sent 3 so far and there have been no auto-response from your end.

I am yet to get any auto-responder emails to highlight ticket number. I think this is lost cause with multiple issues happening at the same time. If I do get it I'll report here.

New to iPassword and I to have been unable to upgrade to Pro.
I installed the free version a few weeks ago and today I clicked on update to Pro under settings. The process included payment and I entered my info and it looked like it took it.
Then it downloaded a new version to my iPhone 5S. When I opened it the only difference was the "update to Pro" was missing from settings. Every thing else looks exactly like the free version.
I also looked at my Credit Card account and it does not show anything has been charged.0 -
@jrzjohn: Sorry for the confusion! 1Password Pro won't look any different, except you should see a green Purchased badge in 1Password Settings > Pro Features instead of the purchase price. The only differences between free and Pro are functional.
As far as the charge to you credit card, I know it usually takes a day or two (or three) for Apple to process charges for me, even when I have store credit (also something that can throw me off!)
I hope this helps. Thanks for your support! :)
