How can i download the 1Password v.4 app for iPad?

Question for support team re iPad:

I was running 1Password 4 on my iPad (running version 8.1.3).

This was syncing ok with my iMac until recently when I noticed that new items were not syncing over from my iMac.

I made the mistake of uninstalling the app and re-loading from the Apple Store, but only 1Password 5 was available to download. Although this loaded, I have been unable to sync my data into it from either Dropbox or iCloud, even though it can see the Primary Vault file.

However - is v5 (on iPad) compatible with v4 (on iMac) and will it share data via sync?

Please can you advise if I can still download 1Password 4 for the iPad, and if so how do I do it? Will this then sync with my iMac (should I choose Dropbox or iCloud?)?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with syncing. Apple does not allow downloads of older versions of software if your device is capable of running a newer version (e.x. the App Store will only allow you to download v4 if that is the latest version your device is capable of running).

1Password 5 for iOS and 1Password 4 for Mac can sync via Dropbox. You can find setup instructions here:
