Couple minor(ish) bugs

On the iPad, when the bottom navigation bar is active and you switch out of 1Browser, the bar persists and covers the settings icon.

This isn't a bug, but something I brought up a while back - blue tooth keyboards do not work for entering your PIN. Can we finally get a fix (Evernote, for example, allows this with a very similar visual and user experience to 1PW).
