files attached using the Windows PC version
I have attached pdf and pic scans of my Passport and some other identity documents to my passport etc listings in the windows PC version. I have since synched the computer to my iPhone. I found that I cannot find the files in the iPhone version. I also could not find them on my iPad. Is there something special that you have to do to see them, or can they never be synched to the mobile devices? I was earlier told that you have to attach them using a computer version, but that once they have been attached, they can be seen on the iOS devices as well. Am I doing something wrong???

It says that I have purchased the PRO features. I purchased the pro upgrade over a year ago, but I do not remember the exact date. It may be over 2 years ago.. I know that it does allow multiple vaults even though I do not have more than one set up. And, I know that I can have it show extra folders if I click on organization. But, I cannot find how to get it to show my attachments. Is there something special that I have to do when doing a wi-fi synch with my windows PC to allow it to transfer the files to my iOS devices?
Because I am legally blind, I even went into voiceover to see if there is some button that I missed because there was not enough contrast. But, I cannot find anything. I cannot find where it shows any attachment, not even when I go into the edit mode can I find any file attachments.

NOTE: I have been to the knowledge base and I did a search on attachments from inside 1Password on my iPhone. From what my iPhone and iPad say, I am running the latest version and am using iOS 8.2.
But, I cannot find any hint of my attached files from my windows PC. I noticed on my app on my windows PC that it says that my primary vault is located on dropbox. Does that affect being able to synch attachments?
Also, I noticed one other strange thing today. I noticed that my iPhone says that 130 items were synched. My iPad says that 128 items were synched.
my computer shows 50 logins, 53 secure notes, 1 account, 2 identities, and 24 wallet items... which totals 130.
Therefore, something is strange.0 -
@dpenwell: Thank you for the additional information. Others have reported attachments not showing up in the iOS app, and so far the common element seems to be WiFi Sync.
Would you be willing to generate a report so send us (in 1Password Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Send Diagnostics)? If there is a bug that is affecting you and others, it might help us to track it down. Using Send Diagnostics will attach the report to an email. Please also include a link to this forum thread so we can 'connect the dots' quickly and get this sorted out for you!

@dpenwell - Thanks for the diagnostics report. I have replied to your support request. The problem is that attachments do not sync from 1Password for Windows using WiFi if you are using .agilekeychain format for your 1Password vault. There is an option in 1Password for Windows to create your vault in .opvault format and this new format will allow attachments to sync using WiFi. The only disadvantage of this format is that it is not yet supported in 1Password for Android or 1Password for Windows phone.
If you sync using Dropbox, then you can use either format - .opvault or .agilekeychain - and the attachments will sync correctly.
