License Purchasing Issue
@tercar - I moved your post to its own thread. I think you'll get better help that way, since it isn't obvious (to me at least) that your issue is related to the original topic.

I have a problem with 1Password I hope you will help me with:
I tried to buy the 1Password 5 upgrade.
I went to the web site, as evidenced by the attached page.
It offered me the upgrade for a Mac single license at $24.99!
Before I could click on that choice, I saw that below it, there was a mention of ICloud sync requiring the Mac App Store version.
I clicked on that and ordered it, before realizing that I had paid a much higher price that the 24.99!
When I realized it, I contacted the Mac App Store and had the order reversed.
Now that I am looking for the $24.99 version as offered, i see that it is no longer available!
Can you straighten this out?
I want to pay $24.99 for the upgrade.
Thank you for your kind attention!
Terry Carter

One of the problems with the App Store is that currently Apple does not allow upgrade pricing. That's one of the advantages of purchasing direct from Agile, they can offer a lower price for users upgrading from an earlier version.
Agile had a sale on recently. Maybe that has finished, as it was "St. Patrick's Day sale".

Hi @tercar,
As long as you're happy to sync using either Dropbox, Wi-Fi (Mac to iOS) and Folder Sync (Mac to Mac/Windows) then you are always eligible to purchase 1Password 5 for Mac at a discounted price from our store.
If you visit https://agilebits.com/store you should see 1Password 5 for Mac with two buttons, one for Single license and another for Upgrade license. If you click on the Upgrade license button you'll be asked for your 1Password 3 licence key. Paste that in and you'll be taken to a page where you should still be offered 1Password 5 for Mac for $24.99.
If you have any issues please let us know how it is going wrong and where and hopefully we can work that out for you
