How can I get refunded?

By mistake I have downloaded the version from the Web site (USD 34,99) and App Store (USD 41) into my Mac. I didn't want the version downloaded from the web 1Password 5 - already uninstalled. How can get refunded 34,99 dollars? Thanks

    @TSPR - If you bought your license from the AgileBits web store within the last 30 days, they will issue a refund. If you fit that window and want a refund, send your request to support+licenses @ agilebits.com. Include the email address you used for your transaction and your name and address. Add a link to this thread. You'll receice an automated reply with a support ticket number. Post that ticket number back here to help speed along the process by helping the staff to connect your message with this thread.

    I was able to locate a license in our back office records for a purchase of 1Password 5 from our webstore attached to the email address that you used for your forum account. I've refunded the order as you requested. You should see the funds in your account in a few days. Please let us know if you don't!
