Re-directed to main forum page after login

I'm not sure if this is happening for everyone but when I get a email notification:

  1. I click on the link to the discussion like this: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/comment/191582#Comment_191582
  2. I click on "Login to post reply" button.
  3. Login
  4. Get re-directed to main forum page: https://discussions.agilebits.com >_<

Why doesn't it re-direct to the page that I was already on? Why why why?
I un-check the "Keep me signed in" option so I re-login every time. And every time, I have to click through the notification menu to get back to the discussion I was one. Sigh...
Haha. It's a minor inconvenience but ... still really annoying.
