iPhone 5s works, but iPad Air does not

1Password works on my iPhone, but not my iPad. Spotlight search shows no app on iPad, but does on iPhone (see screen shot). Options to open or update are grayed out on iPad (see screen shots). Extension is present on both devices. iPad will not update, open 1Password from App Store, or get out of the "pending update list.
