@vmmcit: You should be able to just tap the Restore Purchase button in 1Password Settings > Pro Features, and then you may need to authenticate. Sometimes logging out of the Apple ID and logging back in or reinstalling the app will resolve the issue. If it is still not working, could you please let us know the error you are receiving? It may shed some light on what is going wrong.

Thanks brenty. I'll try logging out of my Apple ID, then back in and see if it works. I wasn't getting an error message though. I tapped Restore Purchase and it just disabled the link and did nothing.

@vmmcit: Ah, I see. Be sure that you're logged into the Apple ID you used to make the purchase. Also try restarting your device, as sometimes that can help as well.
If you continue having this issue, the best thing to do would be to generate a diagnostic report in 1Password Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics (under Log Settings enable In-App Purchase) > Send Diagnostics so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening. Please also include a link to this forum thread in the email as well as your forum username so we can 'connect the dots'. We will get to the bottom of this! :)
