Auto login triggers bank access denial

strange...just started happening...when I use the auto log in with cibc access is denied and immediately shut out for trying to many times. They say it's a glitch on app end not theirs.... Help or advice to work around...

Sorry to hear about the difficulty. Can you please try turning auto-submit off in 1Password > Settings > 1Browser > Auto-Submit Logins (slide to off)?
