Hi @oscarlomeli,
As mentioned in the post Stephen_C mentioned Apple's VPP doesn't currently allow for purchasing and distributing in-app purchases, which are what 1Password's Pro features on iOS are.
Unfortunately I'm not aware of a way to make in-app purchases in bulk.

Thats to bad, I am a Network Engineer for Ventura County Fire. We created a VPP to purchase things like this. We are planning to purchase 200 password manager for our company but unfortunately we need to use VPP for licensing. Why not have a Pro and a free like everyone else?
I am demoing 4 and yours was one that I liked but once I pitch it to my manager he is not going to like that you can't purchase using VPP. This is for IOS devices.0 -
I'm a Lieutenant with the Livonia Fire Department in NY and so I understand some of the challenges fire departments face. Hopefully Apple will make it possible to purchase in-app purchases through the VPP program or offer another alternative in the future.
Why not have a Pro and a free like everyone else?
We do. But instead of having two separate apps, which comes with a unique set of headaches, we use one app that has an in-app purchase to unlock the Pro features.
