1Password doesn't sync between iPhone and MacBook using Dropbox

I am running 1Password 5.2.1 for iOS on an iPhone 6 running iOS 8.1.3. I'm running 1Password 4.4.3 for OSX on a MacBook Air running OSX 10.9.5. I've configured both devices to sync using Dropbox but it's not working. I just deleted over 100 logins from 1P on my laptop and then went to my phone and they were still there. I then ran a manual sync on the phone but the deleted logins are still there. I read another discussion here about this problem and it suggested re-installing 1P on my iPhone. I did that and reconfigured syncing but the phone is still showing all the deleted logins. What should I do?

I should add that my 1P database is also not syncing between my MacBook Air and my iMac but I guess that's a question for another forum. In addition 1P on my iPad has never synced correctly and I've given up trying. In my experience, 1P has never synced correctly between my devices since the upgrade to version 4.

Could someone please help me?

Hi @rlf,

The first question we need to answer is: Is Dropbox syncing at all, or is it only not syncing 1Password data?

If you add an item to Dropbox on one of the devices that is not syncing 1Password data, does that item appear in Dropbox on the other devices?
