Are One Time Passwords Backed Up?

If I configure One Time Passwords in 1Password for iOS and then I delete the app and reinstall it, or if I upgrade to a new device and install 1Password again, will those One Time Password configurations be restored when my password database syncs? Are they backed up along with everything else?

They are indeed synced over Dropbox. :)

I would however recommend making an occasional backup via iTunes as well though:
