Crashes repeatedly on IPhone 6+
I use the zoomed feature on iPhone 6+ and that is what is not compatible with 1Password.
It's been 6 months, do you think it's remotely possible to get his fixed? I've never had an officially released iPhone app actually crash my phone so hard that the springboard reboots.

I'm new to 1password and it keeps shutting off my phone. Or it just sits there after opening with a stalled blank screen. I have to log off and enter again several times. I'm not memorizing all my pw's so this is really not good. fix sooner?

@CarolineCam I've moved your post to the 1P for iOS forum, where you'll get more help. Is your phone by any chance an iPhone 6+? If so try disabling zoomed mode. See this AgileBits post for how to do that.
If you're not using an iPhone 6+ please tell us what phone you have, your iOS version and what version of 1P for iOS you have.

So frustrating with it "freezing " . Is there a newer version than 5 I should have loaded?

How about you update the app to work with the Apple's new iOS and features? Disabling zoom is not the solution, that's the bandaid. It's been 6 months already. Is there any actual urgency to get this resolved?

@1PasswordCrashes: Unfortunately, this is an issue that is affecting other apps as well, and we have reported it to Apple. After all, Springboard is not part of 1Password. Meanwhile we are trying to find a workaround ourselves, but that does take time and care. I'm afraid I can't offer a time frame for a fix, but the Settings workaround listed above has helped others so it may help you as well. I'm sorry that I do not have a better answer for you at this time, but we will all be relieved when this issue is resolved! :)

1Password for iOS version 5.3 is now available on the App Store, and it includes some fixes for many of the issues some customers have been experiencing on the iPhone 6 Plus in particular. Please let us know if the update helps, or if you're still having having any issues. Cheers! :)
