How do I not sync the primary vault but a different vault to an iOS device

I have an iPad that needs some limited credentials on but really don't want all my passwords on it as the iPad gets handed around a lot. How can I sync just a non-primary vault to the device?

    I believe the only way you can do that is by using Dropbox to sync. If you need more help, when you next post please tell us what versions of 1P you are using on your iPad and on the device to which you sync, and also what sync method you are using.

    Hi @leisurehound ,

    Stephen_C is correct. There are a couple of ways to do this:
    1. Use Dropbox for sync.
    2. Put the passwords you don't want synced into the secondary vault, and the passwords that you are ok to sync in the primary vault.

    Alternatively, if you set 1Password to lock when you close the app (in Settings -> Security), and have a good, strong master password, it is safe to leave them there. Nobody will be able to access them without entering the master password (or if you have TouchID enabled, your fingerprint).
