is it possible to use IOS license with windows ?

i have one question.If i buy pro license on IOS iphone ,may i use this license on windows machine to store passwords on browser ?
or do i have to buy separate license for every device ?

1P for iOS and 1P for Windows are, I'm afraid (like 1P for iOS and 1P for Mac) completely separate products so, in short, if you want 1P on your Windows machine you have to buy 1P for Windows.
