If you're following that, please let us know which step you get hung up at. Please let us know.
Thanks!

@PerryDawsey: In order for 1Password 5 to import your 1Password 3 data in that way, 1Password 3 (and your vault) needs to still be present on the device.
However, if 1Password 3 is in fact present and it isn't giving you the option to import from it, 1Password 5 can also restore your data from a 1Password 3 backup using iTunes File Sharing. Just save the backup using 1Password 3 and then restore it into 1Password 5 by following the guide. I hope this helps! :)

One last question why does my backup say (1Password 2015-04-03 192556 (973 items).agilekeychain_zip) I have 973 items?
Not sure what that means.
Thanks Brian0 -
I'm guessing that 19:25:56 is the time of the backup using the 24 hour clock. My backups show in Finder in a similar way, although like this: 19_25_56.

To import into 1P5 IOS, can I just export out of 1P3 Desktop, Do I Add or Save to, for 1P5 to see the backup file.

For me: This was not a option.
Note: The steps below will overwrite the existing 1Password data on your iOS device.
3. Tap on Restore from Backup and follow the prompts.0 -
@PerryDawsey: A better option would be to sync your 1Password data from 1Password 3 on your Mac to 1Password 5 on your iOS device. Once you set up Dropbox Sync, you can continue to use both and Dropbox will, well...keep your data in sync between the two, or you can use just 1Password 5 on iOS if you like. Just having it in Dropbox will help though if you run into trouble in the future or just want to set it up on another device.
Just set up Dropbox Sync on your Mac first (since that's where you have your 1Password data); under 1Password Preferences > General > Use Dropbox to have it put your data in your Dropbox folder. Next, you'll need to tell 1Password for iOS to use the data stored in your Dropbox account. I hope this helps. :)
