Syncs on iPad but not iPhone

My vault syncs with no action on my part on 2 iPads. But on the iPhone, it says it's syncing, the items bar jumps up and down, but no logins are added to the vault. This is the same whether it's an automatic sync or I start the sync manually.

1Password 5.2.1 on iPhone6 with iOS 8.2

    Further update:tried cancelling the sync function and then starting it again, and now 1Password can't find iCloud.

    I keep getting the error message: The operation couldn't be completed. (CKErrorDomain error 4.) 1Password encountered a problem.

    Problem solved: toggled iCloud Drive off and on, piwered down and restarted phone, sync working.
