Sync Change

I'm using 1Password 5.1 on Mac and 5.3 on my iOS devices. I was having difficulty syncing over WiFi to my Mac so I changed to Sync Service to iCloud. With 897 items to sync, how long should this take? So far it’s been about 3 hours and both iPhone and iPad say it’s still syncing.

    Hi @jimsteve,

    Unfortunately I don't have a good answer for that question. There are a lot of variables that can affect sync time, including: number and size of records (including attachments), speed at which the sync service (iCloud in this case) is currently operating, other tasks your computer is currently doing, the speed of your internet connection... Etc etc.

    That said 3 hours does seem a little on the long side. Are you sure iCloud sync is working on all of these devices? Other apps that use iCloud sync are updating properly?
